Beef Stew

Servings:  4

Ingredients
1 pound stew beef, cubed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cups water
5 carrots, scraped and sliced
5 potatoes, peeled & quartered
  2 T. flour
2 cubes beef boulliion
1/2 cup red wine
Pinch of love
Dash of care
Sprinkle of fun

Directions
Brown the beef in oil. Add to cut up veggies in roasting pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. Enjoy!

Scrambled Eggs

Servings:  2

Ingredients
6 eggs
2 T. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Butter-flavored nonfat spray

 




Directions
Mix all together in a bowl, then cook over low heat in sprayed pan.

Fruit Smoothie

Servings:  1

Ingredients
1 bag of strawberries
1 banana
6 ice cubes


  1/2 cup yogurt, plain
Dash cinnamon
Dash nutmeg


Directions
Blend together in smoothie maker.
